Nick is an accomplished operational CFO with a well-rounded skillset.  He has over 20 years of finance experience working with large global corporates as well as early-stage and high-growth technology, automotive and consulting companies; from startups struggling for cash, to managing growth and high-value exits.

He has broader leadership and operational experience, too, from his participation as CFO on many boards of directors, as Managing Director of a Cambridge-based technology company and as Finance and Technology Director for a business services company.

Many of  Nick’s roles have had an international element, and he has supported organisations in Europe, the United States and Asia – spending eight years trading with China.

Nick has worked with several venture capital investors; helping to raise in excess of $300m over multiple rounds.

Through this career, Nick supported the establishment, funding, management and exit of organisations. He has worked in all aspects of accounting, including financial planning, systems and process, cost management and investor relations.

Nick graduated from the University of Manchester with a joint honours Degree in Accounting and Computer Science.
