Joao is a part-time CFO specialising in growing companies from Series A to C. Through his experience, Joao prepared board and investor reporting, implemented financial reporting systems and forecasting, budgeting and cost containment procedures, helped companies with their fundraising activity and advised management teams on accounting, treasury and cash management and investor relations matters.

He is a former Investment Banker and MBA focused on helping management teams with their revenue growth strategy and providing comprehensive financial information to support decisions.

Through his experience, Joao has worked across multiple industries, including Life Sciences, SaaS and Telecom.

Joao, both a full-time and part-time CFO, has assisted multiple companies in the European and American continents through different growth stages and helped with operational tasks such as incorporating subsidiary companies in different countries and implementing systems and processes (such as accounting and payroll).
